GSCC will train new pastors and church workers to be fully equipped to lead and care for the churches. Each worker will attend semiannual training conferences focusing on theological, ministry and practical training by experienced Christian leaders.

This training is provided free of charge even after the initial seven-year term. As funding allows, some pastors may enter a formal degree program for further education. Back
