As the movement continues to grow, GSCC must train and place new pastors, evangelists, church planters and other church workers to start and care for the new fellowships. The goal is 2,000 pioneer pastors/workers*, with each pastor leading at least 10 local fellowships with the assistance of other local leaders.

These new pastors need assistance until the churches are more established. Your sponsorship will provide their living expenses for the first five to seven years, after which they will be responsible for their own support through local giving or business opportunities.

Living expenses include rent, food, clothing, utilities, children's school fees (if applicable), medical expenses, and a small contingency fund. It does not include ministry expenses which will be raised separately or provided by the community.Back
